Baggybets does not offer sign-up bonuses, bonus bets, deposit matches, refer-a-friend rewards, or similar inducements designed to attract new account holders or to encourage existing customers to continue wagering. Where Baggybets describes a standard wagering product or feature on its platform, that feature is made available subject to the normal eligibility criteria and product terms that apply to all customers.

Baggybets reserves the right to restrict, suspend, or void any activity that it reasonably determines to be an abuse of a genuine product feature. This includes, but is not limited to, collusion between accounts, operating multiple accounts, or systematically exploiting pricing through arbitrage. Any decision made under this clause will be at the sole discretion of Baggybets.
